Adelta Legal helps individuals and families in Adelaide with wills, estates, family law and property conveyancing. It also acts for clients interstate and overseas.

The firm began in 2002 and has grown through mergers with several Adelaide practices, including Lempriere Abbott McLeod in 2021. Many of its lawyers have acted for several generations of the same family.

Adelta Legal has two offices in Adelaide. One is at Level 3, 104 Frome Street in the city and the other is in Tea Tree Gully. It acts for clients across South Australia, interstate and overseas, and can visit elderly or infirm clients at home or in hospital.

Adelta Legal mainly works in wills, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, including will disputes and family provision claims. It also handles family law, including property settlements, parenting matters, divorce, surrogacy and adoption, and property conveyancing.
