Adiuvo Legal helps businesses and individuals in Sydney with property, commercial and Web3 legal matters. Clients include property owners, strata schemes, business owners and crypto project founders.

The firm was founded in 2021 by principal Jabran Chaudhry, a member of the Law Society of NSW. He worked in general practice and in a major strata, building and construction firm before starting Adiuvo Legal.

The name comes from a Latin verb meaning "I help and assist". The firm aims to make the law simple, explain what is happening and guide clients on the best way forward.

Adiuvo Legal has its office at Level 8, 65 York Street, Sydney. The firm describes itself as Sydney-based with a global reach, and acts for businesses and individuals.

Adiuvo Legal acts in property and conveyancing, including buying and selling, strata advice, building defects disputes and leasing. It also handles business and commercial matters such as commercial leasing, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements and debt recovery.

The firm has a Web3 and Crypto practice. Its lawyers are crypto investors, DAO members and NFT collectors. They draft terms of use, privacy policies and NDAs, review project documents and offer free advice through a Web3 Legal Clinic.
