ADLV Law helps business owners, families and wealthy individuals with commercial, tax and estate planning matters. The firm was known as Andreyev Lawyers until it rebranded in 2024.

Clients come to the firm to set up or sell a business, deal with a shareholder dispute, plan how to pass on wealth, or sort out a deceased estate. It also acts in tax audits and objections, and in insolvency matters.

A client is put straight through to a lawyer when they call. The firm gives fixed or capped quotes for advice and documents, and maps out the likely costs of a dispute as it goes.

ADLV Law has offices in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. The Sydney office is at Suite 14.02, 6 O'Connell Street, and the Adelaide office is on King William Street. The firm acts for clients in these cities.

The firm's main work is business and commercial law, estate planning, deceased estates, tax disputes and commercial disputes. It also advises on insolvency, property, finance and superannuation matters. It has two Accredited Specialists in Business Law and lawyers who are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. It offers fixed or capped fees for advice and documents.
