He processed my payment even before confirming the appointment and then tricked me into paying extra by adding tax separately. In countries like Australia and the UK, prices for professional services are generally tax-inclusive, so this felt misleading and unprofessional. During the session, he showed a clear lack of knowledge about my type of case. Instead of providing proper advice, he kept asking irrelevant and personal questions that had nothing to do with my situation — and any professional person shouldn’t seek knowledge from their client, especially when the client has paid for time to receive expert advice and information, not to give it. I paid for a one-hour slot but ended the call after about 15 minutes because he couldn’t answer my questions or provide any meaningful guidance. He even admitted that he had never handled similar cases, making it unclear why he accepted the appointment in the first place. Just for CASH GRAB? Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unhelpful, and a waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding this service if you’re looking for genuine, informed migration advice.
