John Plumidis founded the boutique firm in 2020 and leads it as director. He started his legal career in 2005, worked as a judicial clerk and spent ten years as a Commonwealth lawyer. A small team of consultants and outside counsel joins him as each matter needs.

The firm is an incorporated legal practice registered with the Law Society of the ACT. Clients are issued a cost agreement before work begins.

Apollo Law's headquarters are at 247 London Circuit, Canberra. It also has serviced satellite offices in Sydney and Melbourne, which act as its NSW and Victorian addresses for service. The website says the firm can help clients everywhere.
