First 'warning sign', despite an agreement on cost, I received a 'monthly' statement, which then also by far exceeded the original amount. Then, after paying $6k for the advice apparently needed to proceed with a civil claim, Mr Hughes suddenly discovered a 'conflict of interest' and 'could not represent' me any longer. Someone who thinks he is worth $385p/h, for writing down what I told him, if someone has a positive experience, better share it. He may need a good review.
