Re: Delegate to the President Ms Angela Holt’s decisions and handling of my inquiry/complaint Re victimisation, which was terminated without inquiry: based on AHRC guidelines, when an inquiry into the complaint is to be conducted, the respondent is to be contacted. However, it was not stated that the respondent is contacted even if the complaint is terminated without inquiry (I.e. considered without merit, Insufficient info, etc.). Thus their info on the complaint handling processes is misleading, because according to the assessment officer N.F, their “general practice” doesn’t necessarily have to comply with their own guidelines/requirements (I.e. when the AHRC decides to make an inquiry into the complaint, the respondent is contacted). This “general practice” of terminating without inquiry but informing the respondent nonetheless could disadvantage the case and even the safety of the complainant/s. It is disgusting that complainants are not advised AHRC’s “general practice” is not required to comply with their own policies according to the assessment officer. Is this legal? I’ll be making a thorough submission to the Attorney General and the AHRC President.
Absolutely useless, tried to setup up a conciliation with them but they were siding with the other party which was Services Australia don't join Centrelink/medicare/child support. Kate Jenkins is a waste of tax payer's money. She is only there just to justify her own hidden agenda and her own purpose which is to appear wonderful on the outside but has no plans to change about gaslighting. I was heavily gaslighted but a real leader would step in and intervene when you see someone who has been gaslighted heavily and has tried to call a number of times trying to get in touch with Kate Jenkins but no reply from her or her team at all. I have been blacklisted from the Australian Human Rights Commission for no reason what a waste of time and money this organisation it should be shutdown but prove me wrong. I wish I could rate this negative Graham's number because that's what this organisation deserves.
It took them over 6 months to open my submission regarding direct disability discrimination, but they still stalled after this. I had 2 x half hour phonecalls with staff, weeks apart, and some email exchanges. In the second phone call, when I asked follow up questions to unclear points, they simply repeated their previous sentence word for word in an annoyed tone, instead of addressing my specific question. The email was more helpful but still, I had painstakingly located the entire lot of emails from the workplace I had made the complaint about, as requested by the other staffer in the first phone call, only to be told in the second phone call that they weren't going to be doing the work for me in combining them as evidence for my submission, because helping me in any way with the process was seen as representing me legally, which is untrue. They help ESL individuals with the wording and structure of their submissions, and this should honestly be offered to all applicants, as most do not have the stipulative legal definitions of terms such as "direct discrimination" easily accessible to them. Not everyone has the energy to read the relevant Act. I eventually withdrew my submission because it was highly taxing and negative for my wellbeing dealing with them. They are pretty useless.
They will do everything to fob you off, not to help you. What a useless body. Made 5 different submissions for different human rights violations and knocked back very quickly. Their name is misleading, they can not help you with your human rights whatsoever. But, I do encourage you to make your submission, let them feel real bad about themselves since I doubt they've helped many (if any) people
Absolutely useless they have no respect for human rights, especially vaccine Discrimination,it is a right to say no to a experimental injection especially when we are not given information on the long term effects,we now know injections cause heart attacks, blood clots , paralysis...and the list is growing! Disgusting.
