Took over 12 months to do a financial settlement when we had already agreed. Had to chase them multiple times for action and even when I made a complaint they didn't care. Had very little contact with them and was always initiated by me and ofcourse charged. Attention to detail was terrible, when it did get to court they rejected it due to all the mistakes. I will acknowledge they didn't charge to fix their mistakes on that occasion .Definitely would not recommend We were certainly not a priority for them.
