After paying $550 for an initial consultation for a Family law matter, I had a call with Samir Banga, then they provided me with a cost agreement. I emailed back asking 5 questions regarding his cost agreement, not a single one of them was seeking legal advice, it was just clarifying few points in an unclear cost agreement. He replied in a very rude manner, just told me, to take it or leave it, ignored all my questions, he did not answer a single one of them. Also, having researched about the firms track record and previous cases, it doesn't give me a great deal of confidence to go ahead with them.
