Was referred to this place by consumer affairs for an ongoing dispute I have with a business not fulfilling there obligation to do the job there where paid to do. Called by phone and dealt with a woman named Grace. Unfortunately straight away she was rude and quick to dismiss me even though I was polite and respectful. She didn't give a reason why she couldn't help, she just sounded like she couldn't be bothered doing her job. Perhaps I should go above there head and go to the ombudsman. Because it seems these people just get paid to answer the phone and tell you to move on. I suppose if I was rich I would be considered important. But this is a community legal service (for people who want free legal advice) so you get what you pay for as they say. Just couldn't believe I wasn't even given a reason why she couldn't provide any additional information or recommend a service. This is a major reason why society is going down hill, you try to do things in a civil way. Jump through the hoops to get no where. This is why people resort to crime and violence. Because no one cares.
