Beck Law

Beck Law helps fathers and families on the Gold Coast with separation, parenting and property matters. The firm began as a resource for a lobby group that raised awareness of the role fathers play in the family, and most of its family court work still focuses on advice for fathers.

The team has since grown to include criminal law, wills and estates, and traffic matters. Clients can book a free phone consultation to see if the firm is a good fit.

The firm explains each step and a clear strategy up front, so clients can make informed choices. It also outlines costs and documents its advice.

Beck Law has its main office at Main Beach Parade, Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The website also links to a separate Beck Law Cairns office. The firm says it has offices across Australia.

Beck Law's main work is family law, including parenting orders, recovery orders, property settlement, binding financial agreements and divorce. It also acts in criminal and traffic matters such as drink driving, dangerous driving and domestic violence order breaches. The firm offers wills, estates and power of attorney advice. Director Cody Beck is the founder of FATHERS.ORG.AU and develops self help resources for fathers who cannot afford a lawyer.
