Beena Rezaee Legal & Migration

Beena Rezaee Legal & Migration helps individuals, families and businesses with migration, family, employment, commercial and property matters, as well as wills and workers compensation claims. The firm was founded to serve Australia's growing multicultural community.

The team speaks 13 languages. Half of its staff come from refugee backgrounds, so many clients meet lawyers who understand their own journey. The firm says it has acted for more than 8600 clients from over 35 countries.

The firm's website says its principal solicitor has won several awards, including Young Migration Lawyer of the Year in 2014 and 2015. Clients can book a consultation by phone or email.

The firm has two offices, one at 295 Prospect Road, Blair Athol in Adelaide, South Australia, and one in Dandenong, Victoria. It acts for clients in South Australia and Victoria, and says it can also help clients across Australia and overseas, mainly on immigration matters.

The firm's main work is immigration and citizenship, including family, skilled, student, refugee and humanitarian visas, visa cancellations and appeals. It also acts in commercial and corporate law, wills and estate planning, conveyancing, workers compensation, family law and employment law. It advises on intellectual property and asset protection too. The team speaks 13 languages, and the website says it aims to be accessible, approachable and affordable.
