I’ll not recommend BlackBay Lawyers to anyone. Their team will ask for documentation for review prior to consultation advise meeting, but lawyer will come to the meeting unprepared without reviewing the documents claiming she didn’t get documents and asking to send the same again. And when you send the same documents again, they will charge you extra for review despite documents reviewing was part of paid consultation already confirmed by them. They will expect to charge laywer fee to you if their lawyer is doing their accountant’s job for payment/fee matters which should have been dealt by their accounts team. And they will pretend they are giving you a special discount and favor by not charging time for payment/fee matters. If you ask them in-writing to stop work on your case, they will keep working on the matter and will charge you for that. Despite you asked for stop working on the case, they will keep sending you email reminders and will keep charging you for the same.
