Blossom Lawyers

Blossom Lawyers is a small firm on the Gold Coast that acts for employers, businesses and students. It helps with employment matters, commercial disputes, insurance claims and education law problems such as university appeals.

Holly Mylne started the firm in 2019. She is a Queensland solicitor and a former UK-qualified barrister. The firm has won industry awards for commercial litigation, including the 2021 APAC Insider Australian Enterprise Awards Commercial Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year for Queensland.

Clients come from across Australia. The firm charges fixed fees where possible and offers appointments outside normal working hours.

The firm's main work is employment law, education law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. It also advises on insurance matters and defends negligence, public liability and professional indemnity claims. Education law work includes academic misconduct appeals, show cause notices and exclusions for university and school students. The firm charges fixed fees where possible.
