BMS LAW helps individuals and businesses with legal disputes, family matters, wills and estates, and Australian visas. The firm works from an office in Nedlands, Perth, and has a sister practice in Singapore.

The firm began as Bachoo Mohan Singh, Barrister and Solicitor. Its principal, Bachoo Mohan Singh, has practised law since the 1970s and has acted in cases in Singapore and Australia. The firm says it has appeared in more than 50 reported cases.

BMS LAW offers a free 15 minute first consultation. Its lawyers are registered to practise in Australia and Singapore, and the firm also advises on matters in Malaysia.

BMS LAW has an office at Suite 10, 88 Broadway, Nedlands, Western Australia. It advises clients across the Perth area and offers a mobile will service within about 30km of Perth City. The firm also has an office in Singapore and advises on Malaysian matters through that office.

It also handles family law, wills and estate planning, and Australian immigration matters including visa applications and appeals. Simple wills start from $500 for individuals and $800 for couples.
