Boland Legal

Boland Legal helps people through separation, divorce and other family law problems in Canberra. It is a boutique firm that practises almost exclusively in family law, and it also handles wills, estate planning and probate.

The firm knows a relationship breakdown is stressful and emotional. Its lawyers aim to give clear, concise advice and to reach a sensible, cost-effective result so clients can move on.

Director Maggie Orczykowski has been a solicitor since 2004 and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. She appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Courts and sits on the Independent Children's Lawyer panel.

Boland Legal has one office on the first floor of Unit 10, 26 Francis Forde Boulevard, Forde, in Canberra's Gungahlin region. The website names the ACT and NSW for its powers of attorney and related documents, so it appears to help clients in both places.

Boland Legal does all aspects of family law, including divorce, parenting, child support, property settlement, financial agreements, family violence and mediation. Director Maggie Orczykowski has been an Accredited Specialist in Family Law since 2021 and acts as an Independent Children's Lawyer.

The firm also prepares wills, enduring powers of attorney and advance care directives, and helps with estate planning and applications for probate or letters of administration.
