Had the conveyance services done and due to a small mistake council charges were going to the wrong address which caused credit score damage and additional fees to be paid. I requested the additional fees to be paid by them and after talking to their business partners they agreed to pay but never did, even after several follow ups. I gave another opportunity by hiring their services again and suggested a discount in the amount of the fees and got no reply about that. I can say without being unfair that they can’t be trusted.
