They did an awesome job for my husband, my father and I recently in providing quite a number of different legal services including updating our wills, preparing new EPOAs, lodging an EPOA with the titles office and conveyancing (selling and purchasing) when we sold my father’s home in order for him to purchase a retirement unit. Our particular situation was a little more complex than usual, but the whole process from beginning to end was handled with the utmost care and professionalism which helped reduce my stress levels considerably. Communication was outstanding from every team member we dealt with along the way. Jana, the senior conveyancing officer, was an absolute joy to deal with, constantly keeping us up to date and informed every step of the way. Belinda, the office administrator/receptionist was always a pleasure to talk to, answering every call with a smile in her voice and Joshua, solicitor/senior associate made sure we understood what we needed to know, do and sign, providing all the necessary answers to our questions clearly and concisely.
