Carbone Lawyers

Carbone Lawyers helps people injured at work, on the road, in public places or through medical care to claim compensation. Most personal injury claims run on a no win, no fee basis, so there are usually no upfront fees.

The firm also acts in family law, including divorce and property settlements, as well as wills and probate disputes and commercial law and litigation. Founder Tony Carbone has worked in Victorian personal injury law for more than 30 years.

The Essendon office is led by Senior Associate Jennifer El Khoury. Clients can call 1800 369 888 or send an enquiry through the website.

Carbone Lawyers has an office at 15 Keilor Road, Essendon, Victoria. The firm also has offices in Melbourne CBD, Bentleigh East, Dandenong, Reservoir, Ringwood and Werribee. Its family law team acts for clients across Victoria, not only in Melbourne.

The firm's main work is personal injury, including workplace injury, road and transport accidents, public liability, medical negligence, and superannuation and permanent disability claims. It also handles asbestos and silicosis, industrial deafness, institutional abuse and defective product claims. Other services include family law and financial settlements, wills and probate disputes, commercial law and litigation, and class actions. Most personal injury claims are no win, no fee.
