Carter Green Law Practice helps individuals, families and businesses on the Gold Coast with property, leasing, business and estate matters. The practice is run by Mind Law Group Pty Ltd and trades as Carter Green Law Practice.

It was founded more than 30 years ago by Tim Green. Solicitor Steven King has directed the practice since he acquired it in 2017. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2001.

Clients can get help buying or selling property, signing or reviewing a commercial or retail lease, making a will, or handling an estate. The team also advises on business sales and purchases, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts.

Carter Green Law Practice has one office at 43 Commerce Drive, Robina, on the Gold Coast. It acts for clients across the Gold Coast, and its conveyancing and leasing work also covers wider Queensland.

The firm's four main areas are conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing, wills and estates, and commercial business law. Its conveyancing covers residential, off-the-plan and commercial property. Its estates work covers wills, enduring powers of attorney, probate and estate administration. Business work includes business sales and purchases, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts.
