When I contacted Sarah at Central Lawyers, I had already contacted another solicitor about the issue I was having with a commercial tenant. I was told over a period of 4 months “nothing can be done commercial law is very complex when it comes to retrieval of monies” “just wait another 8 weeks and we will revise” on and on it went. In contacting Sarah, she was prompt and came straight off the front foot. Very first phone call she said we could definitely act as it was in breach of the contract etc. Within 10 days of this single call Sarah had drafted a letter of demand and it was sent before the 2 week mark. Within 9 days of my tenant receiving this letter she paid all arrears owing. If you are someone who wants action taken yesterday, Central Lawyers are most definitely pro-active and look for results quickly
