Cifuentes Lawyers helps people in Adelaide with family law, criminal charges, visas and citizenship, business matters, and wills and estates. The firm says it aims to give prompt, cost effective advice and to help clients make well informed decisions.

Christian Cifuentes set up the firm in 2015. He worked at the Legal Services Commission of South Australia before that. Solicitor Nathan Smart joined in 2021 and works mainly in family, migration and criminal law.

The first consultation covers the client's case, how the firm works and its fee structure. The firm encourages people to speak with a couple of lawyers before they choose one.

Cifuentes Lawyers has one office at Level 2, 70 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide SA 5000. It sees clients by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and offers after-hours appointments. The firm can also meet clients by Skype.

The firm acts in family law, criminal defence, migration and citizenship, business law, and wills and estates. Its migration work covers partner, student, skilled, protection and other visas, plus appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court. Its criminal work covers charges from bail issues to serious offences.
