CKL Lawyers

CKL Lawyers helps individuals, families and businesses in Melbourne's south east with business, property, employment, family and estate matters. The firm's solicitors act on commercial leases, litigation, wills and probate, and give clear, practical advice.

The practice opened in Balaclava in 1987 as Cyngler & Co. It merged with Kaye Levy & Co in 2004 and now works from Caulfield North under the name CKL Lawyers.

Clients can speak with staff in Greek and Vietnamese. The firm says it listens first, and it will negotiate hard or go to court when a matter needs it.

CKL Lawyers has one office at Suite 2, 1st Floor, 230 Balaclava Road, Caulfield North VIC 3161. It describes itself as 10km south east of the Melbourne CBD. The firm acts for clients in inner Melbourne and the South Eastern suburbs, and its website has pages for Caulfield and Elsternwick.

Jack Cyngler is one of only 12 lawyers in Victoria accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in Commercial Tenancy Law. The firm also acts in business and commercial law, franchising, employment, family law, litigation, property, wills, powers of attorney and probate. Staff speak Greek and Vietnamese, and the website has pages in Greek, Chinese and Vietnamese.
