After looking for ages I was very excited to buy a great apartment. I signed the contract and luckily Clearman Lawyers recommended a body corporate search. I was very surprised to find that the seller hadn't disclosed eight years of water ingress issues and hundreds of thousands of dollars in upcoming rectification works. I was very stressed but Jamie knew what to do and sent a letter terminating the contract. The seller accepted the evidence and my deposit is safe. We're looking forward to working with Jamie on the next one.
