Certainly not a positive experience which is disappointing given I was recommended this firm by a professional who advised Ms Treloar would cut straight to the chase and advocate with my best interests at heart. Wasted time and money for 8 months. Felt I was not truly heard with many of the instructions needing to be reworked due to misinterpretation, typos and miscalculation of figures (which I found myself correcting on countless occasions). The Communication was the most frustrating part with messages not relayed in a timely manner, emails not followed up and last minute cancelled appointments (3 in one week) was the final straw. Transferred my files to Hume Taylor and had a totally different responsive experience with clarity, great advice and sincerity rather than just another person on the books. My matter was resolved in weeks and I can't recommend them enough.
