Crouch & Co Solicitors

Crouch & Co helps people and business owners on Brisbane's north side and in the Moreton Region with wills, estates, probate, trusts, conveyancing and family law. Clients do not need to travel to the CBD for legal advice.

The firm is owned and run by solicitor Tim Crouch, who has more than 30 years of experience in general legal practice. He opened the Aspley office in 2005, after 26 years at the family firm his grandfather founded in Brisbane in 1896.

The firm also handles contested estates, leases, general litigation and dispute resolution. It acts as Queensland agent for law firms based interstate, in New Zealand and in the UK.

Crouch & Co has one office in the Aspley Fountain Shopping Centre, Suite 16, Level 1, 1344 Gympie Road, Aspley. It serves clients across Brisbane's north side and the Moreton Region.

The firm focuses on wills, estates, probate, trusts and challenges to unfair wills. It also does residential and commercial conveyancing, leases and family and de facto relationship law. Principal Tim Crouch has a special interest in wills, estates, trusts and succession planning. The firm offers a fixed fee initial consultation and a free estimate of costs for conveyancing.
