CZ Injury Law

CZ Injury Law helps people in Queensland who have been hurt at work, on the road or in a public place. The firm acts for injured people in workers' compensation, motor vehicle (CTP) and public liability claims, and for people making TPD and income protection claims.

Its lawyers spent much of their careers at large national and global firms, acting for both injured people and insurers. Each client's claim is managed personally by a lawyer from start to finish.

The firm offers no win no fee options and a free 30-minute initial consultation. It also handles insurance disputes and some civil litigation, such as debt recovery and leasing disputes.

CZ Injury Law has its office at Level 27, 32 Turbot Street in the Brisbane CBD. It acts for injured people across Queensland and says its lawyers can come to the client, often on the same day.

The firm focuses on personal injury and compensation claims, covering both physical and psychiatric injuries. This includes workers' compensation, CTP motor vehicle claims, public liability, TPD and superannuation claims, and insurance disputes. It also takes on civil litigation such as debt recovery, contract, leasing and consumer law disputes. No win no fee options are available.
