Called 3 times over a 2 week period. Was told someone would call me back each time, which they never did. By the 3rd call the receptionist told me they couldn't assist me as they don't specialise in the field I was enquiring about. This was not the issue, I understand that there are certain solicitors for different areas of law, but it's a difficult area to navigate at the best of times and everyone's time is valuable, so if unable to help don't keep saying someone will call when they have no intention of doing so. I could have moved on to the next person that could help.
