Driving Law

Driving Law helps people charged with traffic offences in Queensland. It handles drink driving, drug driving, disqualified and unlicensed driving, dangerous and careless driving, evading police, work licences and special hardship orders.

The firm does traffic law only and says it has run more than 5,000 matters since Steven Brough founded it in 2010. Its lawyers appear in Magistrates Courts across South East Queensland and beyond.

Fees are fixed and quoted in writing before the client commits. The first call is free, and the phone lines are open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. The firm is a Queensland Law Society member.

Driving Law has eight offices in Queensland, at Milton (Brisbane), Bundall (Gold Coast), Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast), Brendale, Ipswich, Loganholme, Toowoomba and Pialba (Hervey Bay). Its lawyers appear in 26 Magistrates Courts, from Coolangatta to Bundaberg and west to Toowoomba and Gatton.

Fixed fees start from $2,750 for pleas and are quoted in writing before work starts. The firm does not handle speeding tickets or infringement notices.
