Well the review is a bit late but I still feel other people need to know it. I had an appointment with the consulting service last November at 19:00 on someday with a person named David. When I arrived at 19:00 no one told me who David is or when my session would start. There was a guy kept chit chatting with other female employees and he turned out to be one should speak to me! Eventually we started our session at 19:25 after he pretty much enjoyed his talking with different women. Could it be more unprofessional ? I didn't get any useful professional advice from him and all that he said was about the process, which I can google by myself. Disappointing and time wasting service!
You guys need to hire more people to take your calls I've waited for 1 hour for you guys to pick up, this is not just one time it's multiple times.
Not very organised and very limited on assistance they provide. I was so hopeful after my initial meeting with a lawyer, unfortunately they went on leave and passed my file to a colleague. When I called for details no one could help me or even find me in their system. They don't attend court they only advise and discuss options! So if you need someone to attend court best to start elsewhere. Very disappointing to see others received the same lack of assistance. Just another community organisation which won't reach its potential. I also experienced issue of taking my number and never calling back... 🙁
CEO is a slumlord. Genius move really, get crims to run the legal advice org. Big brain stuff.
Sam on the phone was very helpful. He checked about my issue and although it wasn't able to be covered by them I was given clear options of where to go.
