Evolve Legal

Evolve Legal helps people injured in accidents or unable to work because of injury or illness. It acts for workers, road users and others who need to claim compensation, and for people claiming through their superannuation insurance.

The firm is a division of Ramsden Lawyers. Its services menu also lists conveyancing, migration, small business and wills and estates, so clients can get help with other matters in the same group.

Evolve Legal offers a free 30 minute first consultation. It keeps lawyer caseloads low so they have more time to gather evidence and tell each client's story.

Evolve Legal has offices in Bundall on the Gold Coast, in Brisbane and in Melbourne. It acts for personal injury accidents that happened in Queensland, and for Queensland workers who were injured outside Queensland.

The firm's main work is personal injury and compensation. This covers workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, cycling and aviation injuries, and superannuation, TPD and income protection claims. It also offers conveyancing, migration, small business and wills and estates services through Ramsden Lawyers. The first consultation is free. The firm keeps lawyers' caseloads low so they have more time to gather evidence.
