Farah Lawyers

Farah Lawyers helps individuals, families and businesses in Bankstown and greater Sydney with family, criminal, immigration, building and construction, and estate matters.

The firm is family owned and says it has operated for more than 20 years. Its lawyers act in divorce and parenting disputes, criminal and traffic charges, visa applications and appeals, and building disputes. They also handle conveyancing, wills, probate and motor vehicle accident claims.

Where possible, the firm tries to settle family disputes outside court. It can apply for Legal Aid for clients who need it, and its lawyers make home, prison and police custody visits.

It also does conveyancing and motor vehicle accident claims. Its family lawyers act on divorce, parenting, child support, property settlements and AVOs, and its immigration lawyers help with temporary and permanent residency, visa extensions, sponsorship and appeals.
