The firm is led by Dianne Farrawell, an experienced solicitor who worked in country Queensland, the Brisbane CBD and multi-branch firms before starting her own practice. Clients are guided step by step with a practical, down to earth approach that aims to resolve matters early and avoid unnecessary conflict.

The firm has its office at Unit 9, 13 Norval Court, Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. It also helps clients across Australia, except Western Australia, and overseas, using phone and online tools, where Australia is the right jurisdiction.

Farrawell Family Law works only in family law. Its services cover property settlement, divorce, spousal maintenance, children and parenting arrangements, child support, protection orders and grandparents' rights. It acts for both married and de facto couples, and offers initial fixed fee appointments.
