I am beyond grateful for the support and guidance I received from Federov Family Lawyers during one of the toughest times of my life. Lack of communication. Documents prepared incorrectly. Caused delays. Made sure they sucked up all the trust funds. Charged for documents that they lost. Beware you May regret them.

Most unorganised and unprofessional company I’d ever dealt with. Zero communication for the team working on my case, the only time I heard from them without me having to chase things up was when an invoice was due. When filling my form to the courts nothing was proof read, which ended up being denied from the courts and when everything had to be resigned they sent back to me all the documents were in the wrong file format. This then delayed everything a further 2 weeks. Once everything was finally filed correctly they told me it’ll be 4 weeks till the courts approval. 6 weeks later no contact from them so I reached out. They got back to me saying everything had been approved. 2 weeks earlier and I have only 1 day to settle my financials with my ex partner as it needed to be done within 14 days of approval. Extremely disappointing and stressful. Waste of time and money…..

I go out of my way to avoid leaving poor reviews, but in this case I am making an exception given that the type of work performed by this type of professional can impact a person's personal life so profoundly. What started out as a five-star experience turned bad when the solicitor handling my case left to join another firm. The delays that I endured since then have cost me more money than I care to remember, not to mention stress... When I finally decided to move to another solicitor, it took them a week to transfer my file! That's right, I ended up thinking that it might be better to incur another set of setup fees with another solicitor because I had ZERO confidence with the way in which my case was being handled. I would urge anyone viewing this review to really do their homework and ensure that they're happy with the service level and respect they receive from their solicitor. Suffice to say, I feel this firm badly let me down on both counts.

I would not recommend this service very dodgy, unprofessional and don't waste your time I was charged for work that was not done on my behalf, I had to submit all my affidavits and legal documents.. in my opinion they should be shut down for not complying with professional legal services act 2007. Marie had lied to me about court orders and is not willing to refund ir fix the problem she caused. This woman has caused me a great amount of stress. I can not believe that they were recommend by the law society as professionals.they should be taken off the legal role.
