Trudy had zero knowledge of my enquiry and was unwilling to help and unable to assist at a first point of contact. I told her my enquiry she was unable to accept it and asked me to repeat a process I am sure she is hired to complete. Her lack of care and empathy was alarming for a first point interaction with an organisation. I will go interstate, How you do anything in this world is how you do everything and if that is how they deal with people on a first contact basis. I can only imagine and guess as to how they do business.
