So far my dealings with Fletchers Lawyers has been average. I was hung up on when I tried to return a missed call. The receptionist seemed rude, and after reading a few reviews I see that I am not the only one that didn't have a great experience with the receptionist. It also sounded like I was called by the wrong name in the voicemail from them, so I guess they called the wrong number, but that's no reason to hang up on a traumatised client with PTSD. Not great that these lawyers are defending victims of DV as they should be more sensitive, especially their receptionist.
