Have been a client for a number of years, called today to ask about documents stored with the firm only to be treated like a complete idiot by a very rude and unhelpful person on the end of the phone. As important family documents are supposed to be stored with this firm and they apparently have no record and not willing to help me in this important matter. I would not recommend dealing with this firm after my latest experience. Very disappointed.
