My first time buying a home, and so the end to end process was completely foreign to me. Angelo was my previous conveyancer years ago and referred me to this practice where he works at now. There was some miscommunications at first where I didn’t hear back from anyone & thankfully when I followed up, I met Tarlia & Chen over the phone and they were quick to onboard me as I had made an offer for a home only the day before. From the very beginning they were sympathetic, understanding, and patient with all my questions. Their communications either by phone or email was prompt and clear, and consistent which helped me greatly during this anxious/ foreign time. I understand now why people say buying a home for the first time is stressful, am grateful I came across Tarlia & Chen. If you’re a first time buyer too, I would recommend this team, they collectively work incredibly well together & with you, they make it as straight forward as possible. Many thanks again Tarlia and Chen Kind regards Stella Mariz Tiamzon
