Haitch Legal

Haitch Legal helps individuals and small businesses in Melbourne with property and conveyancing, leases and business law, criminal and traffic matters, and wills and estates. The firm also handles commercial and civil disputes and banking and finance matters.

It set up as a boutique practice in Coburg in 2016, with a main focus on property law and conveyancing. Criminal and traffic law, and later wills and estates, became main practice areas as it grew.

The team includes a principal solicitor, a solicitor, a conveyancing assistant and a paralegal. The firm offers fixed fee pricing and a free first consultation, and it holds professional indemnity insurance with the Legal Practitioners Liability Committee.

Haitch Legal has its office at Level 1, 416 Sydney Road, Coburg, in Melbourne's north. It acts for clients in Melbourne and across Victoria, and the website says it plans a second office in the Melbourne CBD legal precinct.

The firm acts in criminal and traffic law, including drink driving, assault, drug charges, bail applications and intervention orders. It also does conveyancing and property law, leases and business sales and purchases, and wills and estates, including powers of attorney. Commercial and civil litigation, dispute resolution, and banking and finance work, including mortgage services, are also listed. The website advertises fixed fee pricing.
