Hofstee Lawyers

Hofstee Lawyers helps individuals, families and businesses on the Gold Coast with family, criminal, property and wills matters, as well as civil disputes. The firm opened in 2005 and works from an office in Southport.

The team includes founder Peter Hofstee, a solicitor who has practised for over 30 years, and partner Quinton Hofstee, who has experience in property, conveyancing and commercial work. The firm says its aim is to give simple, straightforward answers to complex legal questions.

Hofstee Lawyers takes both private and Legal Aid Queensland family and criminal matters.

The firm acts in family law, including parenting disputes, divorce and property settlement. It also handles criminal and traffic matters, domestic violence, conveyancing, leases, wills and estates, and civil litigation. It takes Legal Aid Queensland work in family and criminal law. Partner Quinton Hofstee also has a special interest in business acquisitions and sales.
