Don’t even bother calling. First I presented what support I needed and they said they couldn’t assist with it. When I questioned the conflicting information the reception was telling me, she became rude and accused me of swearing and abusing her. Then when I was finally passed onto another, she also told me to stop being rude and swearing which neither occurred. It’s clear there is no Legal knowledge here, and they have zero work ethic to assist you
