Hunter Shafiz Lawyers

Hunter Shafiz Lawyers acts for individuals, families and businesses from its Sydney office. Clients come for help with immigration, criminal charges, property, business matters and wills.

Every matter is run by a senior lawyer who knows the file. The firm quotes its costs in writing before any work begins and says it moves matters forward quickly. Many clients come through people the firm has already helped.

The firm is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. It also has a public notary on site who can certify and witness documents for use overseas.

Hunter Shafiz Lawyers has one office at 101 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. The firm acts for clients in Sydney and its criminal lawyers appear in matters across New South Wales.

The firm's main work is immigration law, including visas, citizenship, refusals, cancellations, Tribunal reviews and court appeals. It also acts in criminal matters such as traffic, drug, violence and AVO cases, as well as bail and appeals. Other work includes property and conveyancing, business and commercial law, and wills and probate. Fees are time based and quoted in writing before work starts.
