Hands down, the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in business. Both employees left for overseas the week prior to a transaction settlement. Neither were able to access emails or answer phone calls to their landline or mobiles. After a few days, one was able to answer phone calls and sent me a barrage of SMS frequently. No answer of phone calls when I called. I was forced to communicate exclusively by SMS. I could not even communicate by email due to them not having access to their emails when overseas. One even asked me whether I was able to reach the other employee because they could not. On the day of settlement, one employee returned and acted as if nothing ever happened. Zero beneficial advisory provided but lots of excuses given. Settlement had to be delayed due to their incompetence. Their lack of attendance or response compounded stress and anxiety. The only thing they were able to do in a timely fashion was send the invoice for their services the very minute the transaction was complete. After speaking to industry peers, it appears that their incompetence is well known. I normally don't bother with writing Google reviews but this experience was so bad that I feel the need to help other people avoid such stressful business experiences.
