Insight Legal and Migration Services

Insight Legal and Migration Services helps individuals, families and businesses with Australian immigration. The firm is a boutique practice in Melbourne with lawyers and registered migration agents on the team.

It handles skilled, employer-sponsored, student and family visas. It also acts on visa refusals, cancellations and appeals, including cases where a criminal record raises a character issue.

The firm also advises on family law and business and commercial law. It says it aims to reply to queries within 24 hours and gives a detailed quote at the start.

The firm has one office at Suite 8, Level 1, 350 Collins Street, Melbourne. It is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It acts for clients across Australia and overseas, especially in South Korea and the Philippines.

The firm mainly handles immigration matters. These include skilled, employer-sponsored, student, partner, parent and child visas, plus merits and judicial review of refused or cancelled visas. It also acts where criminal convictions affect a visa under the character test. Family law work covers divorce, property settlement, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child arrangements. Fees are quoted upfront, and the principal lawyer and a principal migration agent lead the team.
