Denise managed the conveyancing for my property purchase. She was efficient, direct and clear in what documents needed to be signed when. As I was using FHB grants etc there were some extras and she was completely on top of it all. On the day of settlement she was communicative and diligent and when the bank screwed up their document lodging she was chasing people on the phone and giving me all the information I needed to minimise the stress, which was very much appreciated.
