I started my child custody dispute process over one and half years ago after consulting with James Noble and gone through mediation first before I engaged James Noble. I wanted to change my existing parenting Court Order and requested more time with me for my son (50/50). Prior to this engagement, I was advised by James Noble that I will have a good chance to win at court. Therefore, I started the legal process with James Noble representing me at court. However, firstly James Noble presented my case very poorly to the court and only outlined two (2) reasons to support my cases instead of four (4), which I discussed with the lawyer and agreed prior to the hearing. This was very surprising and disappointing to me. Secondly when my lawyer was given an opportunity by the court to choose options to proceed for next step, the lawyer chose the option that is much more complicated and costly yet less in favour of me to win. It really baffled me as it doesn't make sense with what the lawyer chose. During the hearing, the court clearly showed that I would have very little chance to convince the Court to change the current Court Order due to young age of my son. I had to withdraw my case due to conduct of James Noble and the low likelihood to win. I wasted my time, emotions and tens of thousands money in James Noble. In my view, James Noble's conduct is unethical as they misled me to give my false hope and intentionally to make things more complicated and harder for me during court hearing. I was very upset and disappointed by how the lawyers of James Noble conducted that way. You must be very careful if you are thinking to select James Noble to represent you at the court!!! To prevent dissatisfaction of legal services, James Noble should be avoided.
