I want to share our experience with Johnston Withers Lawyers and Conveyancers. Late last year my wife and I purchase a life-style farm property, which has been a passion that has been on the back burner for many years. Finally the timing and the perfect property aligned, and we entered into contract. Beck Anderson from Johnston Withers was immediate on top of all of the necessary task required to complete the transaction, including working through the trust ownership structure, and following up with banks. Thanks Beck for an amazing job, and for the support from the Commercial lawyers working through the finer points of the deal to make sure everything came together as planned. Well done, we appreciate the firms dedication to meeting your clients needs.
Emma has been amazing throughout the whole experience. Professional, friendly & genuinely caring. Will recommend to all of my friends & family
Caitlin Walkington of Johnston Withers is a spectacular attorney. I lost my husband when he was acting as executor of his mother's estate. After his death I became the executor of both his and his mother's estate. Soon after his death, I returned to the US, where I am from. Caitlin was able to manage both estates perfectly, even though I was on the other side of the world! Since I am not familiar with professionals in Adelaide, she was able to recommend a fantastic tax accountant. Caitlin was able to handle my husband's apprehensive relatives so that there was absolutely no drama what-so-ever. I think with any other attorney the process would have taken much, much longer and would have been much more expensive and much more stressful. I actually worked with two other attorneys before I found Caitlin. One attorney was not completely familiar with the law, so her advice would change as she discovered that she had originally misunderstood the law. The second attorney had still not read my husband's short three page will after two months. Caitlin has an absolute understanding of the law and is extremely responsive and hard-working. Dealing with a spouse's death can be an emotionally difficult time, but Caitlin made the process as simple and drama-free as possible. I feel blessed that she was my attorney.
Highly recommend, Beck was fantastic, fast tracked house settlement and was a very smooth transaction, will use again thank you
