Karsas Lawyers

Karsas Lawyers helps people charged with criminal and traffic offences, people involved in domestic violence order matters, and people who need a Will. The firm takes the time to explain the court process to each client and their family.

It gives clients all their options and its professional opinion. Clients are quoted a fixed fee at each stage of the matter, so there are no surprises.

The firm has offices in Southport and Brisbane City and says it is available 24/7.

Karsas Lawyers has two offices. The Southport office is at Suite 2602, Level 6, Southport Central Tower 2, 5 Lawson Street. The Brisbane office is at Level 10, Quay Central, 95 North Quay. The website does not name other service areas.

Karsas Lawyers works in criminal law, wills and estates, domestic violence orders and traffic offences. Its criminal work covers drug offences, sexual offences, Centrelink fraud, murder and stealing. It acts for either the aggrieved or the respondent in a domestic violence order matter. The firm drafts Simple Wills and Testamentary Trust Wills, helps clients apply for Legal Aid, and briefs a team of barristers.
