Awful service. From start to finish there was no care or real assistance, it was purely transational and unnecessarily expensive. Attempting to get in touch with the solicitor throughout my settlement process was extremely difficult. Despite settlement going through without any real concerns, not even a standard Form 8 was completed by their office to notify the body corporate of a change in title. Should have known better after an initial invoice of $800 was requested to be paid prior to any real work being conducted. I would not recommend them at all.
