I was lucky enough to have Amy Bush recommended to me as a family lawyer. I say lucky because in all my dealings with Amy, I could not fault her. She was patient, empathetic and reassuring. There were instances when I did not agree with her recommendations to which she would explain her reasoning for the recommendation, always looking at the end goal. Unfortunately there was a situation, through no fault of Amy's, where a senior partner sent a condescending and judgmental email about me, to me by accident. She meant to send it to Amy. Through this, Amy remained professional and never lost sight of my best interests. Clearly that could not be said about the senior partner! I am disgusted to think that is how senior partners talk about the company's clients behind their backs, to more junior lawyers. To this day, I would wholeheartedly recommend Amy Bush but I would not recommend Kennedy Partners.
