Kennedy Partners Lawyers

Kennedy Partners Lawyers helps people with family and de facto relationship matters, including those that cross borders. The firm advises on property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements and child support.

Its lawyers act in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court. They work with accountants, valuers and psychologists when a matter needs them.

The firm also handles international cases, such as child abduction under the Hague Convention and enforcing orders made overseas. Its partners are fellows of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

The firm has one office, on Collins Street in Melbourne's CBD. It acts for clients across Australia and on international family matters, and it works with firms in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.

Kennedy Partners works only in family law. Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession names it among the top family law firms in Australia each year. It also won Best Australian Family Law Firm at the Global Law Experts Annual Awards and Best International Family Practice-Australia at the APAC Legal Awards. Its lawyers regularly speak at family law conferences in Australia and overseas.
